Getting Access

To get access, contact an OPRA Vendor. OPRA Vendors will advise which contracts and agreements are necessary to move forward.

The Vendor will review each Application and Agreement. If you qualify as a Nonprofessional Subscriber, the Vendor shall approve your application by endorsing the completed Application and Agreement. View OPRA Vendor List.

Activating Online Access to OPRA Account Information

OPRA is currently offering subscribers the ability to obtain online access to account information. To receive access to your online account, please fill out the following form. Following verification of the information you submit, OPRA will send an email to the address you provided. You can expect to receive an email within two business days with directions on how to obtain online account access.
